Popular South African DJ, reality TV star, and businesswoman, DJ Zinhle has finally come clean about undergoing underwent breast augmentation surgery, or a boob job, a year later.
The mom of two even joked that her “twins” weighed two kilograms each!
After teasing her fans for over a year, DJ Zinhle confirmed she had had plastic surgery.
In a TikTok, the entertainer posted a clip of her weighing herself on a scale while en route from Hong Kong to Johannesburg.
She can be heard saying to a friend: “I’m going to weigh myself…how much do you think I weigh?”
Before her friend could answer, Zinhle jokingly added: “So remember, I did my boobs. My boobs each weigh about 2 kgs…so [I weigh] about 60 kgs.”
In April 2023, DJ Zinhle fuelled speculation she had gone under the knife after she showed off multiple pictures of her significantly enlarged cleavage.
In one of the pics posted on her Instagram account, the hitmaker sported an orange sports bra and black mini-skirt. But followers quickly noticed her bra size had noticeably appeared fuller, leading to speculation that the DJ had gotten implants.
In the comment section, however, Zee laughed off the speculation.
In another Instagram post – this time on pal Amanda du Pont’s page – DJ Zinhle hinted at the rumours while wearing a tight-fitted T-shirt.
Jumping into the comments, the DJ posted: “I love you my boobs.”
Amanda – who had a breast augmentation in Turkey in 2022 – responded to the comment, posting: “Even me.”
According to multiple plastic surgery websites in South Africa, DJ Zinhle could have paid anything from R50 000 to R120 000 for her implants.
Unfortunately, the costs of cosmetic surgery are usually not covered by medical aid.
