Black Coffee is the stage name of Nkosinathi Innocent Maphumulo, a South African DJ, record producer, and composer. Coffee founded his own record company, Soulistic Music, and put out his self-titled debut album, Black Coffee, which mixed jazz and R&B influences.
Black Coffee’s distinct deep house and classical music remixing techniques have earned him a number of prestigious awards. He also incorporates some jazz and R&B into his music.
