The former Idols SA judge is trending after she shared a photo of herself having her daily gym session on Facebook. The photo has since gained thousands of comments and reactions.

Fans of the award-winning on-air host were quick to gush over her ripped body while others asked for her secret to youthful looks.

After all, this is not the first time Unathi Nkayi has made headlines with her toned body and youthful looks, which often implicated her age in the mix.

Against the now-viral photo, the South African quickly connected the dots about her age.

The celebrated singer, actress, and host was born on 6 November 1978 in Grahamstown, Eastern Cape, South Africa.

After all, she joins a host of celebrities, including Connie Ferguson and Rachel Kolisi, who have wowed many with their snatched bodies.

SECRET BEHIND HER DRASTIC WEIGHT LOSS
Last year, Unathi Nkayi shared secrets about how she has shed weight and maintained her beautiful physique.

She made it known that she has archived her ripped body and looks through strict diets and intense workouts. Taking to Instagram last year, she shared her before and after photos and captioned them:

“The first thing I do is show people my before and after pics because people like to forget how big I was.

“Then once we get that out of the way, I say, ‘Whatever you want, you can have; you must just commit to it.”

Unathi Nkayi added, “Promise yourself that you will work out at least twice a week until December 31, and we have a deal.

The weeks you have more energy and time, put more hours in to make up [for] the weeks you can only do two hours.”

However, the media also noted that she has a strict diet.

“I eat after 12 and always start my day with protein. Usually, eggs with avo but fish and chicken are wonderful too. The flat stomach is achieved in the kitchen and the abs at the gym,” Unathi Nkayi said.
