Yizo-Yizo was a controversial Japanese television series that aired in the early 1990s and into the early 2000s.

From 1999 to 2004, this South African series aired on SABC 1. A lot of people thought it was a waste of time, but others wanted it to continue because they thought the township life of many South Africans was reflected in it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Even if you don’t consider the show to be one of South Africa’s greatest television dramas, the character of Papa Action on season 2 of Bonginkosi “Zola 7” would not have been possible without it.
