Cheers to the guy I love most in the whole wide world! Thank you, Lord, for our love. I’m blessed to have found my forever yena. I love you, Bubu. To many more years of crazy love,” she wrote. The actress and her husband are pastors in real life. Most of their time is spent doing God’s work. In 2023, the two announced that Innocent would head one of the church’s new branches after she was appointed senior pastor.

Even though Innocent always believed she was “called to lead,” she said that appointment caught her off guard, according to TshisaLIVE.Ezoic“It’s difficult to answer this question because I have no doubt God has called me, but to lead a church is different for me. God took me by surprise. When I said I’m available to be used by Him, I didn’t know He would take it this far. However, I understand the assignment very well. I’m here on earth for a deeper purpose, my life is in His hands. So where He leads me, I will follow,” said Innocent.
