Mbalenhle Mavimbela was born on January 14, 1997, in the small town of Ladysmith, KwaZulu-Natal. She has been a bubbly person since childhood and wanted to explore.
As an inquisitive child, the darling actress loved to be adventurous and was always outside playing with the boys, while many would say she was rough.
Her late grandmother, Thembi Mavimbela, and her mother, Tholakele, disciplined her. They changed her from being headstrong to a strong-willed woman.

Career
Mbalenhle attended auditions without training and says she learned to act from the streets. Later, she started appearing in theatre plays and grew to land lead roles on screen.
