To celebrate her new body in style, the talented actress did an epic photo shoot for her 33rd birthday. Gugu rocked a white mini dress, showing off her toned legs. The dress came with a matching blazer, and heels of the same color. She accessorized the whole outfit with a pearl necklace, and some gold earrings. We are yet to see the pictures, but Gugu was gracious enough to share a behind-the-scenes video of her shoot.

 

 

 

“By the grace of God, this is 33 🥂,” Gugi captioned the clip.Gugu has been turning heads with her new stunning figure. She has always been curvy, but gained more weight after she stopped breastfeeding. Gugu was not happy with her state, more so since it was now becoming a health risk. This was a wake up call for her to shed off those kilos. She then decided to undergo a vertical sleeve gastrectomy surgery on January 29 this year. Gugu did the procedure because she wanted to limit the amount of food that she was eating. She then lost a whooping 30kg in just two months after the procedure.

To show her progress, Gugu attended this year’s South African Film and TV Awards. She repeated a beautiful dress that she wore at some other event 10 months ago. It was indeed a case of same girl, same dress, but different body. The outfit showed just how much Gugu lost, and we are really proud of her.
