“It wasn’t about money but it is about egos, who brings more followers and who pulls the crowd in their gigs. Thuli felt she can do more with her brand, like Uncle Waffles is doing wonders around the globe as a DJ and dancer. As a solo DJ she won’t end up splitting a cut to anyone after gigs,” said the source.Another source said: “Thuli is so arrogant that she throws her weight on anything that triggers her appearance. She’s going to fail as a solo DJ. On the Durban July weekend they weren’t booked anywhere as 2Faced due to her ego, thinking she’s a superstar. They attended like other guests. Inside Brenden and Mpoomy’s Amsterdam getaway

Popular South African couple Brenden and Mpoomy Ledwaba are currently in Amsterdam, Netherlands, living their best lives.

Mpoomy announced earlier this week that she and her husband will be travelling outside the country.

The couple, both 30 years old, tied the knot in their early 20s. During a recent interview with My Top 10 at 10 with Tbose, Brenden shared that his mom and wife hit it off right from the start.

“There was a lot of similarities there were a lot of similarities between them. We had to get married.”

When it came to getting married, Brenden admitted that he wasn’t fully prepared, but it wasn’t a tough call for them. They wanted to build a life together since they were already spending a lot of time together. As Christians, they felt it was important to respect their parents and take that next step.

“We didn’t ever think about and we just wanted to be together. Because we are Christians, there were a lot of things that were limiting how far we could get together. And we thought let’s respect our parents and let’s give it a go.

“It was easy because ultimately we knew that was the final step. A lot of it made sense, we get to live together and build together.

“We understood each other and what we were trying to do. I understand the journey of going out on a limb and she understands that if we stick together.”
