As the sun set on the vibrant city of Marrakesh, firelight illuminated the walls of the grandiose El Badi Palace as traditional Moroccan ceramics and fabrics set the stage for the Dior 2020 Cruise show. The venue was rich in meaning. Long a meeting place for imagined realms of Europe and Africa, Marrakech also evokes the first successor to Christian Dior, Yves Saint Laurent.he centered the collection around Wax, a fabric emblematic of the entire continent. A unifying symbol of multifaceted fashion, the prints came in a multitude of motifs and colors. For this Cruise collection a special edition of Wax integrated Dior codes into the weave of the fabric. New versions of the Maison’s celebrated toile de Jouy were revisited in Wax, tarot motifs were reinvented, and the iconic Bar suit underlined the power of a print as a universal fashion language.

MEC spokesperson under fire for saying Idols Twins are Ugly
Idols twins Viggy and Virginia respond after being called ugly
This is the second time they have tried their hands in the Idols, in 2017, they also tried to participate but only to the very early stages. They chickened out from the long queue to the auditions, and did not even went as far as standing before the judges, Virginia said, during the 2017, edition of the Idols, they were not that ready for the competition.
“This year is our year. We want to win,” said Virginia added that “Even if we do not make it, at least we would have given the other guys the chance.”
They admitted that the competition has been so tough, added that at times they had to sacrifice their sleep times, and woke up during the night to write songs, and to do rehearsals.
Virginia added that the most hardest thing in the competition is to face the judges, saying it is not easy to be criticised and still maintain composure.

Miss SA Zozibini Tunzi Response To Negative Comments About Her Blackness
SA Zozibini Tunzi Response To Negative Comments About Her Blackness! We knew that fans of the Miss SA pageant had their favorites but we didn’t realize the hate they sent to crowned Miss SA, Zozibini Tunzi
Taking to Instagram, Zozibini shared how she has been receiving negative comments about her blackness since she was crowned Miss SA. The beauty with brains made it clear that she was not addressing the hate for herself but saw it as an opportunity to educate her haters.
“I see an opportunity to educate and speak out on a serious issue. When people say hurtful, negative things about black women and black people in general I do not quickly take offense and here’s why. Society has previously been programmed in such a way that there’s nothing beautiful about being black. The furthest you are from being fair skinned the uglier you are. That unfortunately has been the universal standard of beauty and it is very difficult for some people to unlearn it,” she wrote.
Zozi revealed that her mission as she heads to the Miss Universe to shatter whatever misconception and stereotypes people have of beauty. “These comments are exactly why we should keep inserting ourselves in spaces where we have been told we do not belong and we will never make it. It is up to us re-write the narrative. To whoever else thinks that black is not beautiful I cannot wait for you to experience the depth and magic of a black woman. I am a daughter of the African soil and I am beautiful. See your face reflected in mine,” she added.
