SABC ‘stole my Summer Song of the Year concept’
Umlilo’ is the song of the year – at least according to DJ Zinhle’s fans

The title of “song of the year” is normally hotly contested each year, with music fans divided over which artist served up the year’s hottest track.
This year, however, things seem to be taking a different turn, as many tweeps are committing to DJ Zinhle’s Umlilo as their song of choice.
The song, which features vocalist Rethabile and Mvzzle, is so loved that it was recently certified multi-platinum at Universal’s Night For The Stars last week for getting over 5.1-million streams in just three months.
DJ Zinhle is definitely enjoying the love.
Dress like Miss Universe: style lessons from Zozibini Tunzi
In celebration of Miss SA being crowned Miss Universe, we decided to dive deep into Zozibini Tunzi’s Instagram feed to see what fashion tips we could steal from the inspirational beauty queen.
Here are four style lessons to learn from her:
1. DON’T TRY TO OUTSHINE THAT SPARKLE
As befits a glam beauty queen, Miss Universe’s Instagram feed features no shortage of sparkle. When she’s donning a gown that’s dripping with diamantes, Tunzi wisely knows to let her outfit do the talking by keeping her styling clean and simple.
Remember, too, that sparkle has no time stamp: there’s no reason you can’t wear a shimmering statement piece for a casual day event, as long as you contrast it with something simple. Think a blingy top paired with jeans and cute boots, or a glittering skirt teamed with a plain shirt or T-shirt.
4. DON’T SHY AWAY FROM PRINTS
Vibrant prints will add interest and excitement to your wardrobe. Tunzi also uses them to celebrate her African heritage, both on stage and off.
If you’re new to prints, let the patterned piece be the hero of your look and keep everything else minimal — as can be seen in the beauty queen’s Instagram snaps below.
If you’d like to kick things up a notch, try mixing different prints in the same tonal range, or have fun marrying delicate prints with bolder ones. Sometimes more is more!
Zozibini Tunzi on her love life: ‘I’m just in love with the universe right now’

If you were thinking of shooting your shot with Miss Universe, think again.
Since being crowned earlier this month, Zozibini has been a crush for many. Unfortunately, she’s too busy for a relationship right now.
In a recent interview on Build Series, Zozibini spilt the tea on her love life or, rather, lack thereof, and revealed that nothing was going down her DMs.
“I’m just in love with the universe right now and the crown … and that’s what it is,” Zozibini said.
She also joking refused to be set up with a date, saying: “No that’s OK. I’m OK.”
Speaking about sexuality and attraction, Zozibini said sexuality had nothing to do with how one interacted with someone.
“I like to say, ‘you are not attracted to every male guy you see just because you are straight’,” she said, adding that she didn’t fancy every guy she saw.
nd spoke about her journey since winning Miss SA in August and Miss Universe.
She said she had received a lot of backlash from people when they found out she was competing for Miss Universe.
“International people started commenting and I think my most interesting one was when I came to New York, I think four months ago. I came back to SA. It was late in the evening and I took a photo of my apartment and I was like, ‘ah, it’s such a beautiful night’ and a comment came in, saying, ‘this photo is so black, it’s as black as you are, Miss ugly SA’.
“I think it was at that moment where I was like, I’m not even mad because it’s just how society has labelled people to be. It’s like how we have been programmed to see beauty that way, you know.”
