Growing up in a small town with limited resources, Velaphi had to work hard to pursue his passion for acting. Early Life and Education:
Kwanda was born in 2003 in Umlazi, KwaZulu Natal.
He is the firstborn in his family, followed by three sisters.
Despite facing educational struggles due to not having a birth certificate, he managed to obtain his matric certificate from Mafumbuka High School in Umlazi.
Passion for Acting:
Kwanda’s parents had dreams for him to become a lawyer, but his passion lay in acting.
His interest in acting began during high school when he chose to study drama instead of science.
