CASSPER PENS A MESSAGE TO LEKAU
The rapper, whose real name is Refiloe Maele Phoolo, has penned a sweet and heartfelt message to Lekau following reports that his popular retailer, Drip Footwear, has allegedly been liquidated after failing to settle R20 million for advertising services.
In light of the reports, the rapper who is a close friend and business partner of Lekau showed his support for him on X. The two had previously teamed up together to launch Cassper’s Root of Fame merchandise.
The Tito Mboweni rapper said that Lekau has consistently supported him since their first meeting and that he has his back. He mentioned that every business experiences its highs and lows, and it’s important not to lose hope.
“Lekau is a fighter! He built an amazing company, and he has an inspiring story. Business is hard; it’s got ups and downs. I also want to say that he has held me down since we met and worked together. I got your back! Keep your head up, G! I know you’ll be back with a bang,” he tweeted.
The businessman responded to Cassper’s high-powered message and appreciated him.
“Brother. We’re definitely not starting from the bottom. Thanks, King,” he wrote.
