TikToker Nolu Ledwaba was reportedly dating multitalented actor Mpho Sebeng, who died on Sunday, 5 May.
MPHO SEBENG: DIES IN CAR ACCIDENT
Social media user @sanelenkosi took to X on Sunday, 5 May to reveal that Nolu Ledwaba was in a relationship with Mpho Sebeng.
“Condolences to Nolu Ledwaba who has just lost her actor boyfriend Mpho Sebeng,” said Nkosi.
Ledwaba also shared an “intimate” photo and a video of herself and Sebeng on TikTok on 31 March.
In the video, the TikToker plays a song, “What’s a soulmate,” with a photo of them kissing.
The Citizen reported that the actor was travelling with another person when the accident happened.
The Sebeng family told EWN that the 30-year-old died in a car accident in Potchefstroom, North West.
The spokesperson for the Sebeng family, Oupa Morake, confirmed that Sebeng died in a car crash at the weekend on Sunday morning.
“Your purpose will always be aligned with what you can do well. And it comes from somewhere there, it’s not tangible, but whatever you can do well, there’s always a greater reason for you doing it.”

SOUTH AFRICAN TV SHOWS PAY TRIBUTE TO ACTOR
Entertainment commentator Phil Mphela reported that South African production companies paid tribute to Mpho Sebeng on Monday, 6 May.
“Local television shows currently in production honour the passing of actor Mpho Sebeng,” said Mphela.

TVSA reported that the actor’s first acting role was in SABC1’s youth drama, Soul Buddyz as Slay in 2011.
His other popular roles were in Justice for All, Zero Tolerance and Bay of Plenty. The actor also appeared in Mzansi Magic’s canned telenovela Ring of Lies as Neo, and Netflix’s Miseducation as Caesar Mokoena.
The Soweto-born star also acted in e.tv’s Rhythm City as Mose, Netflix’s Savage Beauty as Bonga and e.tv’s Saints and Sinners as Nkosi Radebe.
Fans of Sebeng would also remember him as a TV presenter on e.tv’s youth TV show, CrazeE.
The publication added that Sebeng’s other interests included scriptwriting, photography and directing, besides acting.
