What is a Gastric Sleeve surgery?
It is an operation whereby a large part of your stomach is cut off leaving you with a small banana-shaped stomach.
With a smaller stomach, you feel fuller faster after eating a small meal, and you therefore start eating less food, which means less calories intake and therefore loss of weight starts taking place naturally.
Social media has been criticizing Gugu’s weightloss journey, saying she looked better when she was still a ‘Stufuza’, while others say she looks absolutely amazing and healthy.
