After years of persuading his four wives to allow him to marry another woman, Musa told Daily Sun that the eighth season of Uthando neS’thembu will offer fans something different.
He revealed that there’ll be growth and a big showcase of wife number five.
The popular show, focusing on Musa’s polygamous journey, returns for season 8 on Wednesday, 22 January 2025.
Last season ended with a hint about wife number five, leaving audiences eager to learn more about her. While her face was shown, her details such as her name and background were not revealed. However, it seems season 8 will kick off by introducing her, as indicated by its teasers.“It will show us how we navigate our differences during difficult times, and the show is full of drama. We will see wife number five becoming part of the family and finding her place,” he said.
This season will feature 24 episodes, airing twice a week on Wednesdays and Thursdays. The first two episodes will premiere on Wednesday, 22 January, at 8pm and 9.30pm.
