In a post, Msimango’s new wife, Bontle Makgalo, shared the pictures captioned with the date June 1, 2024, suggesting that the celebration was last month. “1-06-2024. A promise kept. Our love story is one of unwavering devotion. You have shown me the purest form of love, a love that inspires me to be the best version of myself. And I couldn’t ask for a more beautiful love story to be a part of. Thank you for being my soft landing, my haven, and my partner in every sense of the word. Here’s to a lifetime of love, my forever,” Makgalo posted. On the other hand, Msimango posted the pictures and wrote: “A promise fulfilled.”

Msimango, who hails from Brakpan in Gauteng, began his professional career at Highlands Park FC, whose licence was bought by TS Galaxy-owned Tim Sukazi. Msimango subsequently continued his career at TS Galaxy before joining Kaizer Chiefs in the last season.

‘The Queen’s’ Vuyo Ngcukana bags a role on ‘My Brother’s Keeper’

Former 1802 actor Vuyo Ngcukana has joined Mzansi Magic’s My Brother’s Keeper as Menzi.


 

 

 

 

VUYO NGCUKANA: LATEST ROLE
Entertainment commentator Jabu Mcdonald reports that Vuyo Ngcukana will play Fakazile’s (Zola Nombona) lawyer in My Brother’s Keeper.

According to TVSA, Ngcukana’s character, Menzi is a newly widowed attorney who meets her [Fakazile] when she hires him as her attorney.

His character, Menzi is reportedly a bulldog in court but a loveable teddy in his personal life.

The actor is the latest star to join the show after Generations: The Legacy star Muzi Mthabela.

Ngcukana is famously known for portraying the role of Schumacher on the Mzansi Magic’s canned telenovela The Queen.

He also previously starred in 1Magic’s 1802 as Dr Zuko and acted in Entangled as Sizwe Bam alongside Phuti Khomo.

‘MY BROTHER’S KEEPER’ SEASON TWO
The Rhythm World Production’s telenovela My Brother’s Keeper which stars Zola Nombona and Wiseman Mncube has been renewed for a second season.

The Broadcast Research Council of South Africa (BRCSA) May figures reveal that the telenovela received over 560 000 viewers.

Actors Sdumo Mtshali plays Donga Shabalala while Lindani Nkosi plays the patriarch of the Shabalala family, Mshengu.

The Rhythm World produced show tells the tale of a family drawn into a deadly succession battle of its own making.

It focusses on the traditional custom of Ukungena (a widow who cohabitates with the brother or any male relative). It also centres round Nqubeko Shabalala (played by Wiseman Mncube) who isn’t in love with his situation.

Gogo Maweni’s Oakdene townhouse!

Barely a few hours after teasing her new house, Gogo Maweni has made it known that she is renting out one of her properties. The celebrity sangoma shared the news on Instagram on 24 June.

On Instagram, Gogo Maweni shared photos of her neat townhouse in Oakdene, Johannesburg South. The bubbly sangoma said she was renting the townhouse for R7 000 monthly.

The post has since gained thousands of comments and reactions since it dropped. However, one of her fans jokingly said that Gogo Maweni would deal with a problematic tenant accordingly.

However, the post came barely a day after she revealed that she was renovating their new house. She shared a short clip of her new house getting a makeover on Instagram.

Gogo Maweni’s house has some good amenities for a townhouse. The one-bedroom townhouse boasts modern architectural designs. It has an open-plan kitchen with fitted cardboard and big glass window doors for more natural light. The house also has a fine dining room. There is a balcony that offers the best scenery views.

However, against the post, fans were quick to implicate some of her properties in the mix. She reportedly has over five properties around South Africa. Despite keeping her private life under wraps, she has shared some of her big wins on social media, especially her property portfolio.
